Of course! When you leave MEDIDENT BAVARIA® after the impression appointment, you are immediately 100% operational and can return to work or take a vacation until the cementation appointment, as this is not a surgical procedure.
Even if you never had a wisdom tooth there, there was definitely a tooth germ there that did not have the strength to develop into a wisdom tooth due to a weakness on that meridian. This germ then "rotted" over the years and created an optimal breeding ground for a NICO*. Often, these patients even have particularly large NICO's in these regions. However, we would like to point out that scientific proof of efficacy and official recognition are currently still pending.
For the amalgam removal protocol (AMX) of MEDIDENT BAVARIA® this can be answered with a clear YES, because we remove all amalgam fillings according to the protocol developed by us under sixfold protection.
  • We require a 2D panoramic X-ray from you.
  • Furthermore, the fully completed medical history form, which you can request at the reception or download from the website.
  • In addition, we need your 25-OH vitamin D3 and your cholesterol LDL levels. Only at levels above 70 ng/ml D3 is your immune system strong enough and you able to form healthy bone. An LDL value above 1.4 g/l LDL testifies to an increased susceptibility to inflammation, so that the LDL value before the intervention < must be 1.4 g/l (better < 1.0 g/l).

We will be happy to send you your individual cost estimate, which you can submit to your insurance company in person to find out what portion they will cover. We will be happy to prepare a letter of justification for you if your insurance company requests it.
For the advance payment, we ask you to transfer the amount to the account indicated in the down payment invoice. We ask you to transfer the remaining amount after receiving the invoice as well.
No! Your final amount may differ up to 20% from your estimate due to unforeseen difficulties and situations. In addition, the invoice amount may increase if you have used additional services that were not listed in the estimate.
Your deposit serves as a confirmation of your appointment reservation. We work according to the "ALL IN ONE" concept. This means it will be a long appointment up to a full working day incl. of pre- and post-treatments with a whole team reserved for you. Thus, your deposit also serves as security for us. The deposit will of course be deducted from the invoice for your treatment.  
All services, which are part of the service catalog of the statutory health insurance, are of course billed via the health insurance.
If the last 5 or 10 years are consistently entered in the bonus booklet, you will receive a higher contribution to prosthetic matters from the statutory health insurance.
